Our Cotton Lycra 240gsm fabric is a premium, slightly heavier knit base loved for its comfort, stretch, and durability. Perfect for sewing children’s clothing, everyday wear, and handmade fashion pieces that need a little extra structure and warmth.

Made from a 95% Cotton / 5% Lycra (Spandex) blend, this high-quality knit offers excellent 4-way stretch, recovery, and breathability. At 240gsm, it’s a medium–heavy weight cotton lycra fabric that drapes beautifully and feels soft yet substantial. All our Cotton Lycra fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they’re free from harmful substances and safe for the whole family.
