Shipping policy
Delivery Cost:
We offer standard shipping with tracking on all orders. Shipping cost is based on weight and delivery address. Rural and outer island delivery have additional charges. Shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout.
Please contact us if you think there is an error calculating your shipping.
Delivery Timeframes:
We endeavour to prepare and dispatch items 1-3 business days from order placement. Your freight tracking details will be sent to you by email if your email address is provided to us.
Estimated delivery time frames are:
- North Island: 3-7 working days
- South Island: 4-10 working days
Our freight partners deliver on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
These time frames are estimates only and we can not be held responsible for any late or lost deliveries by our freight partners.
Click and Collect:
You will receive a phone call, message or email from our team when your order is ready for collection.
Please note that Click & Collect orders will not be ready for immediate collection. Sometimes we do need to move stock from different locations to fulfil your order, we will notify you when your order has arrived or has been cut and ready for pick up.
Free Shipping Promotions:
Free Shipping promotions or discounts exclude rural delivery and island addresses - additional charges apply for rural and island delivery. Any urban residential or business address can be provided as an alternative to the additional charges.
Pre Order Shipments:
Please be aware that any pre-order fabric purchases will not be delivered until 6-8 weeks after the closing date of that pre order round.
We will update our pre order page with expected timeframes.
Receiving your goods:
You are responsible for checking your items are all received and in good condition. Please notify us immediately if you have received the wrong order or your items are damaged / lost. You have 10 business days to lodge your return, refund or exchange, see our Refund Policy for further details.
