Refund policy
Faulty goods, damages or incorrect product
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 10 business day return policy, which means you have 10 business days after receiving your item to notify us of the issue and request a return, replacement or refund. If 10 business days have passed since receiving your item, we can not unfortunately offer a return or refund on your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will endeavour to replace the item in the first instance, but if we no longer have the same item in stock we will offer to exchange for another item of the same value or refund.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to us at your expense, and original shipping costs will only be refundable if a refund is approved. Additional shipping costs for exchanges or returning items for a refund are the purchases expense.
Things we don't deem to be defective and not eligible for return, replacement or refund;
- Colour variance as this is impacted by individual displays, monitors & fabric bases
- Minor ink specs from fabric printing
- Minor spots or marks on the back of fabric
- Minor variance in fabric widths
- Fabric shrinkage after pre washing
Shipping your return;
We will provide you with the return address once contact has been made about your item.
We recommend all returns be sent using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive the item, we are unable to issue a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose to receive a refund in lieu of an exchange, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Only the price of the product will be refunded.
Changes of mind;
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on changes of mind as these are not deemed to be returnable due to the fact they have been cut to size.
Pre Order Fabric
Pre Order fabrics (any piece where there has been a custom request by the purchaser) are exempt from being returned unless faulty.
Clearance Items;
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items. These are often end of line or have advertised defects and they are sold on a "as is" basis.
Refunds or exchange (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If eligible for a refund, we will contact you and you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back too you. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at auggieco@hotmail.com.
If you are eligible for an exchange we will contact you to confirm this and arrange shipment of the replacement items as soon as possible.
